Mr. Sulaiman bin Mohamed bin Hamed Al Yahyai is the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Oman Chlorine more than 10 years and a member of the Board’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee Mr. Sulaiman is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Bank Muscat since June, 2011, Chairman of the Board Risk Committee and a member of the Board’s Nomination and Compensation Committee. Mr. Sulaiman Al Yahyai holds a certificate in Assets Management-Lausanne University, Switzerland (2002), MBA- Institute of Financial Management-University of Wales, UK (2000), and a certificate in Financial Crisis-Harvard University, USA (1999). Mr. Al Yahyai is an Investment Advisor at the Royal Court Affairs, a Chairman-Oman Chlorine Co. “SAOG”, a Director-Al Madina Real Estate Co. “SAOC”, Chairman of Oman Fixed Income Fund, Chairman of Integrated Tourism Projects Fund, Chairman of Telecom Oman, Chairman of the National Bank of Oman GCC Fund, Chairman of Gulf Chlorine “W.L.L”, (State of Qatar) & Chairman of Union Chlorine “L.L.C” (United Arab Emirates) and a Director in Al Salam Bank (Kingdom of Bahrain).

Sheikh Said bin Mohamed bin Ahmed Al Harthy is a Director on the company’s Board of Directors since 28/03/2018, and the Deputy Chairmen of the Board’s NRC Committee, and Board Member in Gulf Chlorine W.L.L. He is also a Director on the Board of Directors of Bank Muscat since July 2011 and a member of the bank Board’s Audit Committee. Sheikh Said is the Deputy Director General of Supplies at the Royal Court Affairs. He has Master of Business Administration from Victoria University, Melbourne/Australia and Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Management), Minor in Computer Information System (CIS) from California State University Stanislaus, USA.

is the Member of the Board of Directors in Gulf Chlorine for more than five years. and for the past 22 years Mr Saeb has been a financial advisor for Al Mirqab Capital (Qatar) and Al Mirqab Capital (UK) and He has advised A on the acquisition of a number of entities in the Middle East and the UK and the set up and management of investment portfolios.
He sits on the boards of several companies that operate in hospitality, manufacturing and banking.
Before joining Al Mirqab Capital he was a partner of Talal -Abu-Ghazaleh Group,a major accounting and
firm in the Middle East.
He is fluent in Arabic and English

is the Member of the Board of Directors in Gulf Chlorine for more than five years and for the past 25 years, Mr. Fady Bakhos has been acting as a legal and corporate advisor to a variety of clients, providing them with expert and independent advice. He has extensive know-how in the origination and execution of a wide range of diversified cross-border transactions for corporations and family offices across the Middle East, Europe and the U.S; with specific focus and knowledge in the real estate, banking, financial institutions and hospitality sectors. He is Fluent in English, French, Arabic and has basic knowledge in Spanish.
He represents his clients on a number of boards of directors in various industries (e.g. banking and financial institution, real estate, industry and hospitality) and regions (Middle East and Europe).
He holds a Masters in International Law from Georgetown University and a MBA from London Business School. He is member of the Beirut Bar Association and New York Bar.
